Wanda Cuff-Young, the CEO of White Rock Consulting & Communications, brings over three decades of rich professional expertise to the table, with a notable 30-year track record in marketing, strategic business planning, funding acquisition, and management consultancy.

An acclaimed entrepreneur and seasoned business proprietor, Wanda is deeply engaged with various community groups and professional bodies. Her extensive background in these sectors, coupled with a robust network of associates, fuels her leadership and strategic guidance in our daily opera0ons.

Wanda was honoured with the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs (NLOWE) in 2001 and 2003 and received a nomination for the same award in 2015. Additionally, her company “Young and Wells” earned the title of “New Business of the Year” from the Conception Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

Wanda Cuff-Young is a dedicated member of several organizations, including NLOWE, Saltwater Foundation, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada. She holds a position on the Newfoundland and Labrador Chiropractic Board and is also affiliated with the East Coast Trail Association.
