Wanda Cuff-Young is the President & CEO and Senior Consultant of White Rock Consulting & Communications and Vice President of Operations with Work Global Canada Inc.

Wanda is a respected entrepreneur and business leader with more than 40 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, funding, stakeholder engagement and management consulting. She has worked with entrepreneurs, businesses, community organizations and industry partners throughout Newfoundland and Labrador, Atlantic Canada and beyond.

Through White Rock Consulting & Communications, Wanda provides senior direction on business planning, project development, funding applications, government and stakeholder relations, investment readiness, succession planning, workforce development and complex client assignments. She is known for helping clients turn business ideas, challenges and opportunities into practical, decision-ready plans that support long-term sustainability and growth.

As Vice President of Operations with Work Global Canada Inc., Wanda also contributes to employer support, workforce development, international recruitment and immigration-related initiatives. Her work helps connect employers with workforce solutions and supports newcomers as they build professional networks and establish themselves in Canadian communities.

Wanda serves as a Director at Large with the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association and as a Public Member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chiropractic Board. Her professional record includes recognition as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs, as well as past leadership with NLOWE and regional economic-development organizations.
